How do competitions work?

OTG, is a multiplayer tournament platform that lets you compete in skill based player vs. player with other people in your local embellishments for prizes or with other player around the world.

To play in our premium prize competitions you can purchase digital currency called Game Tokens from your local establishments. Once you win a competition you can request that your prize be sent to you in the My Account section.

Who is eligible to compete in OTG competitions?

Everyone is eligible to compete in OTG, free competitions! Prize competitions are available to all players over the age of 18 in areas of the world where prize gameplay is enabled. Prize competitions are available in 38 U.S. states. Prize gameplay is currently not available in the following US states: AZ, AK, CT, DE, FL, IL, LA, MD, MT, SC, SD, TN. In order to play for prizes, your device location settings must be enabled to ensure eligibility or you must notify us if you are not sure.

How are the competitions based on skill and ability?

Our competitions are based on skill and ability, rather than luck or chance. True to its name, OTG, hosts games where each player’s skill determines the winner of each tournament. Games of skill have long offered participants a chance to compete based on one’s ability. Prize competitions have a well established legal, social, and commercial precedent that spans everything from classic board games to major sports tournaments. We designed each game to ensure that competitions are based on skill and no player can win due to luck by implementing a system that measures each aspect of gameplay to measure their skill and speed displayed while playing the game.

How do I create a OTG account?

You can click the register link or after entering into a free tournament you will get an offer to begin the registration process.

How can I purchase Game Tokens

You can purchase Game Tokens by buying OTG Gift Cards from your local establishment available in different amounts. Once you have your OTG Gift Card you then navigate to your accounts tab and enter in the OTG Gift Card number. You will see your credits in your account bash board.

Can I convert the Game Tokens I have won back into Tokens to enter tournaments?

If you have accumulated a winning Redeemable Credits balance but are out of Game Tokens you purchased, you don't have to do anything to continue playing in prize. The entry cost of a tournament will automatically be deducted from your winning Redeemable balance once your purchased Game Tokens are depleted.

How do free tournaments work?

As a new user you can enter into a free tournament. Free tournaments play in demo mode for 15-45 sec and will not give you a score. Free tournaments are for only trying out a game you cannot win any prize by playing free tournaments.

How do I request to have my prize sent to me?

WARNING: Incorrect information can result in lost or returned prizes. Your prize will be sent to the person the account is registered to and mailed to that address. If the name or address is incorrect or incomplete, shipping errors can occur and OTG, is not liable for lost or stolen prizes. Please make sure the information is correct to ensure that you receive your prize.

To qualify you must:

Have year to date total Redeemable balance greater than $10.00 or won prizes from prize tournaments with a value equivalent to more than $10.00.
Have previously purchased Game Tokens.
Your year to date total prize value awarded may not exceed 10 times your year to date Game Token purchases.

You can request your prize be sent to you at any time by submitting a request in the My Account section. Please see prize terms listed above. You can only request prizes you have be awarded. You cannot request refunds on purchases. Purchases are considered final unless approved by OTG,. Prizes are mailed to your address as listed on your account. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing on all prize requests.

Note: There is a $2.00 charge for any prize request that is under $10 in value. Promo Tokens cannot be withdrawn, and are forfeit when you make a withdrawal.

Why does it take 4-6 weeks to receive my prize?

At OTG, we strive to deliver a system that is fair and fun. We send prizes that are won in the competitions after close evaluation. We review gameplay, account histories, and player identities to ensure that OTG, is fair for all players. We have a sophisticated fraud-detection system in place to help ensure fairness, but fraud detection takes time. Please be patient. Your prize is coming, and we’re constantly working to process and issue prizes to our players faster.

OTG, prize tournaments are currently available in about 75% of the world, but are not available in all locations. Winners are only awarded prizes after a tournament has completed and closed, and the length of time a tournament is open varies due to tournament type and specific details and enabled features within each tournament. We use sophisticated algorithms to match players based on ability level and skill to ensure that every tournament is fair and keep the competitions fun and enjoyable for all our players.

How can I enter tournaments?

Select a tournament type (free or prize), and then select the game you would like to play. The prize, entry cost, and number of players are listed for each tournament on the tournament list which you can view by clicking the View Details button for each listed tournament.

Once you have chosen a tournament to enter simply click play and the game will start automatically.

How do you decide who I play against?

When you play in any of the OTG, tournaments, you are competing against other real people around the world! We use specific algorithms based on ability level, skill, and historical scores to ensure that every tournament is matched fairly.

How can I view my game history or find my Match ID?

You can review your game history and details in the Tournament History tab of your My Account section.

How can I view my transaction history?

You can view your transaction history in your My Account section.

How does the Leaderboard work?

OTG, shows you all the entries in each tournament once you have completed playing. They are also listed on the Tournament Details page for each tournament.

How can I change my account information?

To change your account information, go to your account dashboard and then account settings. Review your first name, last name, email address, and address, and edit your personal information accordingly. When you are done click save to apply the changes.

How can I change my password?

To change your password, go your account and then change password tab in your dash board.

How do I know that my opponent is not cheating?

OTG, takes fraud and cheating very seriously. We have state-of-the-art security protocols and advanced quantitative analytics that make our system strong and secure.

Anyone who is caught cheating, engaging in fraudulent behavior or violating our terms of use will be banned from the system for life. When a user is banned for cheating, they are banned from all the games on the OTG, website. If you suspect your opponent of cheating, contact us using the instructions below and we’ll investigate to ensure everything is fair.
